Inspired by the Venetian Architecture as enriched by the Cretans and ottomans of mid20th century, we designed and constructed a contemporary, in terms of living efficiency, bioclimatic villa inside an old orangery in Rethymno. The impressive double staircase, the doily-shaped floor coatings, the water elements, the traditional techniques coming from 14th century in stone building matched perfectly the up to dated interior design, the functionality and the automations for an easy living.

Highlight: The internal patio with the terra cotto doily painted floor coating the orange tree in the middle under the shadow of the double staircase.
