Deisgning on a neoclassical rythm, we managed to make an apartment block in the city center to look like a luxury villa. in search of the eternal beauty, we used all the elements of classicism, to design an 8 apartments block that looks like one mansion. The roof topo pool, the gardens in the last floor, the floor to ceiling openings in the ground floor, the erker that impresses the first time visitor, but also the high end technology and the zero emissions E/M design combines the stable architecture with the needs of the modern world.
